How can I avail my free trial and what’s the maximum limit?

We also offer free trail image editing for our users. You just need to click on the “Free Trial” option on our website, fill up the form and you are all set to claim your free trial for 5-10 images. This free trial option is only available for B2B customers.

What is the usual turnaround on image editing?

The turnaround time can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the edits, the number of images, etc. The turnaround time with Photo Editing Services might be 12 – 24 hours. In case of the complexity of the job, turnaround time maybe of 48-72 hours, which shall be communicated by our client representative in advance.

How do I receive the edited images back?

An email notification will be sent to your registered email address once the image editing is completed. You can tap on the link sent you on email and download the edited images. Usually these download links are of dropbox.com, wetransfer.com (file sharing websites).

What different kinds of image formats are supported by you?

We accept almost all different kinds of digital images for editing. You have the option to upload them on our FTP server, Dropbox, or simply use our Cloud services for this purpose. We usually accept the following formats – JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, and PSD.

What type of customers, do you offer your services?

How can I send my photos to Photo Services?

You can use either of the following methods to send your photos:

Is there any specific image editing software you use?

Our photo editing team is proficient in using a range of popular image editing software including Photoshop, PTGui Pro, Lightroom CC, etc.

Do you edit product or commercial photos?

Do you provide a free sample?

Do you work on weekends?

We are also available on weekends if required and as per the project demands. Usually, we are available from 7.30 AM EST to 3.30 PM EST from Monday to Saturday.

Yes. The minimum size of the photo should be 800 pixels x 800 pixels and 72 dpi.

No, we accept any quantity of photos ranging from 1 photo to 10,000. However, for a certain amount, you may contact us on: abhi@photo.services

Do you have any copyright policy?

Our client holds all copyrights of their photos. The photos fully belong to our clients.

I don't like the editing. What can I do?

In case you find something wrong with the photo we edited, you have the option to reject the image and we’ll automatically refund your credit. You can approve and download the other images in the same order.

Do you integrate with e-commerce platforms like Shopify?
