Any unclear instructions in communication (on email, phone or chat or any other communication medium to us) will delay the job we have undertaken and we could ask for clear instructions in form of text or images. The delay in turnaround time will not be not be compensated in any form of discount, free service, delay in payment or anything which has some market value.

All our price quote will be based on the test images (image resolution) on which we have worked. If the images sent later have different resolution, we can ask for higher price per image.

The standard turnaround time for 50 images is 24hrs, however the turnaround time will also depend on the complexity of images and time consumed by it. We will always try our best to deliver the images on the specific time mentioned by us until any unnatural circumstances accrues. The delay in turnaround time will not be not be compensated it in any form of discount, free service, delay in payment or anything which has some market value until stated by us.

After the processing of images we will share processed images download-link which will be available for you for next 7 days and we can remove the download-link after that. If you request to resend the download-link again, specif charges will be applicable. $10 will be charged for per 500MB of data. A minimum of $10 need to be pay to resend the download link.

A maximum of one revision will be allowed until stated by us.
